Discussion was given about the delinquent accounts no46- being collected.
Each month after the 20th of the month each bill is to be collected or
cut off from service until the bill is payed and marazzimat a re®
connect fee of $3.00 is payed. Anderson was instructed to collect
.or turn off all persons who had not payed their bills by the 20th of
each month. The preseent bills was to be collected by the 24th or
be cut off from service.
