The City Council met in regular session on the above date
tho;;e presents were Mayor Wilson, Councilmen ,Acker, Seely, Cooper,
Spratt, and Windle.
The minutes of the previous meetings was read and areproved.
Secretary was to find out price of poles at plant and also
price of poles laved down at Sanger.
Discussion was given about new line that is to be built to
the County line. Secretary was to go to Denton and see about
getting a blue print of the new highway so we will have some®
thing to work with. Also ideas was discussed about the City
building the new line themselves after getting the blue print
to work by. Also to ask for some bids on the work and then see
which .would be the befit way to build the new line.

An inventory/ of all material that is now in the warehouse,
this materials was to be arranged in a mamner that it would be
possible to tell just what is in the warehouse. A card system
was to be installed on all material so it could be kept up with
and we would know at all times how much and just what is at the
warehouse. The secretary. wasr2 ite down all material. Cooper,
was placed in chRrged of this to see that it is done. All
material used or bought was -to be put down on the cards each time.
The following councilmen was placed as commissioners of each
system effective immediately; Light commissioners was to be
Cooper and Windle, Water & Sewer COMMISSIONERS was to be Spratt
and Seely. Each time that material is be purchased an approval
will be gotten from the commissioners that is in charge of that
system that the material will be used for,before any purchase
will be made.
Prices were read on a bank hoe and front end loader to the
council. Prices were from Internat3_onal, Massey -Harris a nd
John Deere. Cooper and Spratt was to see about putting a hole
digger on a tractof in connection with back hoe and leaving
front end loader off at the present time. They will: give the
Council information about this oombin.ation at the next meeting.
Delinquent accounts was discussed and -the Mayor was given the
po re.r to ask either Dick or Ross to collect these accounts or
turn the electric and water off until payed in full.
