The City Council met in regu7_aE session on the above date
those present were Mayor Oils on' ou.ncilmen Windle, Ackerp
Seely, Brown, a nd Cooper, and City :attorney J. L. Sullivan.
The minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved
as read.
The council agreed to install a new street light on the
corner of tj.th street and Plum street, with a switch on it so
it may be turned on and off by Jiminie Kerby.
The Mayor was instructed to :i.nform Constable Carter to have
10 the alley's Ileaned up and prevent cars from parking in the
alleys any Length of time, and also to rDrevent cars, tractors,trucks;
and other farm machinery from parking on streets in the city
there there is no parking space provided.

of 2001 Sq. feet to base to ,the Postal Department for ten years
with two five ,year options at a rate of $D1,840.92 per year or

he Council instructed J. L. Sullivan to draw up a traffic
orcZinance regua_ating parking on the .orth'of the park, same
being Elm. 'Street between 5th and 4th streets, this b eing the
south side of Elm street, limit to two hour parking, and also
-to mark )qth street between Boliuor and Elm street on the west
side of L}th street to parallel parking making parking spaces
201 in length.
