SEWER DRAINAGE OF MRS DAWSON INTO THE DITCHES
COUNTY SURVEYOR TO SURVEY THE STREETS IN SANGER WIDEN AND STRAIGHTEN OUT
CONSTABLE CARTER TO SEE THE JONES SISTERS ABOUT DRAINAGE
HELP WITH SCHOOL TRAFFIC IN THE MORNING WILD DRIVING
NOT TO RUN AN ELECTRIC LIN TO MAJOR MOORES WATER WELL BOLIVAR ROAD

The City Council met in rep&izlar session on the above dal-e
t' ose present were Mayor Wilson, Councilmen Cooper, Brown, Acker,
Windle, and Seely.
The minutes of the previous'meetigg was read and anproved.
A motion by Cooper, seconded by Windle to buy Mark Rite paint m
marker on a 15 day free trial, cost 594.50, motion carried.
A m ition by Cooper, seconded by `Seely to anpoint Dr. J. Co
Chapman as City health Officer at a salary of P per month,
Mr. Pcker roast ontact Dr. Chptpman and see if he XXXX would accnet
this n itiori motion carried.
Discussion was given about the sewer drainage of Mrs Dawson
into the ditches, this was to be seen about and corred.ted..
A motion by Seely, seconded Acker, to have County 'Surveyor
come over and survey the streets out in Sanger so trey may be widen
and straighten out, this motion carried.
The Council wanted Constable Carter to see the Jones Sisters
sbout draining their lots of water to prevent mosquitoes, also
to see Jaunito Lucio and have her clean up some of the mess around
her place, and also to help with t e school traffic in the morning
around the school and see if Vni help prevent some of the wild
driving of the school kxMLtRxwx kids with cars.
The City decided not to run a electric line to Major Moores
XHX.X water well which is approximately 25001 from the Bolivar
Road.. They will furnish electricity if he builds the line from
the Bolivar Road..
A motion by .Seely, seconded by Acker, to -reimburse the property
owner for his sewer and water lines he might have to run to get
these services after the City has run 1001 when some other person
want to connect on the sewer and water lines of the this line. And
then would run a 1091 for the new property owner, etc., motion
carried.
