Discussion was given about moving poles in Valley View so Jack Martin s house may be m®ved: The City crew was to work this out and see dust how"long the electricity will be off and to charge as much as 5:00-per hour labor f®r each man to move these poles, so the house movers may be notified and they could` put the money up before the work begins. New Street lights was to be installed in Bolivar. Spraying of the City was to be started at once. This motion passed by a unamious vote. motion by Cooper, seconded by Ack er to buy a monitor to be used for Civil Defense, motion carried. City Agreed to pay Baker 90.00 per month and Erwin 20.00 per month makin, a total of 110.00 per month as was agreed. City agreed to change meeting time fnom 7r00 P.M. to «30 PM . motion by Cooper, seconded by Brown to build a'3-phase service to Louis antelou residents, motion carried.
