The City Council met in regular session on the above date
those present were Mayor Wilson l CoijncilmerC Cooper, Acker,
Brown, Seely, and Windle.
The minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved.
The monthly bills totaling$3,150. 48 was read and a motion
by Cooper, seconded by W_ndle to pay accounts, motion carried.

THE telephone situation was discussed., and also the night-
watchman was discussed.
The Christmas lights was to be put up soon as possible.

Mr. Kibler of the Kibler Office .Supply of Denton submitted
a proposal on a steel counter and also a bid on steel filing
cabinets without a counter top_ on them. The council went

over these proposals also one from Denton
exchange was gone over. A mots on by Cooper, seconded by A%a r
to buy the steel furniture without the top and back for a counter
which includepd the following pieces of furnitures,
