Council iixstructed McClendon to clean V. H. Uard place where the
contractor dug the sewer like across his place, this was to be done
soon as possible.
The Garbage man was to haul off bones etc. in the trash pick-up.
Telephone was to be put over at the fire Station at the rate of
3.25 per month on a four party lire, City to pay for this.
Butcher pen to pay the regular garbage fee as this is a business
and have a water connection.

The City Council met in re,fular session on. the above date those
present were Alayor Vlilsono Councilmen Seely, Acker, Cooler, and
Brown. Windle being absent.
Minutes of the previous meeting was read and approved.
The monthly bills was rend and amotion by Seely, seconded by
1Wker to pay the bills totaling '13, 313.94. Motion carp iecl.
The 1960 tax was to be placed same as they were rendered in

Nilson, Colvicilmen Cooper, Acker, Seely, Browny and Windle were Preeent.

Saturaday Morning and see if she will do more of the book-keeping so
Ray McClendon will have more time to devote to the outside work.

City Secretary at a starting Salary of "1325.00 per month effective
as of July 9th, 1960.
Courxcil instructed Johtx L. Sullivan to draxv up necessary laapers
to start condemnation papers on the additonal land that the Ceamentar,y
association needs. He was to have this by the next met ting night.
