MR. BARBER OF DENTON DO WORK AT THE PLANT
CONTACT FORD RAINS ABOUT MOVING THE CITY OF SANGER SIGN TO
THE NEW HIGHWAY FROM THE BUILDING ACROSS THE STREET,
JP HAMPTON, JR FIRE CHIEF REPLACING ALVIN BROWN
City Secretary McClendon is to get the damage cost on the motor
belonging to Troy Graham.
Motion was made by Councilman Seely and seconded by Councilman
Windle that Lied Benison, Jr. be hired to work for the city with a
starting salary of 235.'00 per mouth. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Cooper and. seconded by Windle that the meeting
adjourn. Motion carried.

The L'ity Council met in regular session with Mayor tiVilson and
Councilmen Cooper, Seely, Broth an tVindle present. R1r. 1lcker vas
out of town due to the illness of Mrs. Acker.

otion was made by Seely and seconded by Brown that bills be paid.
Motion was made by Seely and seconded by Cooper that Mr. Barber of
Denton clo the work at the plant. P otian carried.
City Secretary McClendon is to contact Lord 1--tair3s about moving
the "City of Sanger" sign to the new highway frot the building across
the street, forz;erl,y occupied by city office.
Motion Etas made by Cooper and seconded by Wiudle that J. P. Campi
on, Jr. be the Lire Chief to replace Alvin_ Brown who has resigned
tIlls position. It was also decided to give the Lire Department a
supper with the City paying the expense. Motion carried.
Motion wis made by Windle and seconded by Brown that Troy Graham
be paid for damages ors motor. :lotion carried.
