1. Call Meeting to Order.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 6:06 p.m.
2. Overview of Finance Department, Clayton Gray.
Clayton has been here eight months and has been in City finance for nineteen years.
There are five employees in his department and he stated that the Finance
accounting and budgeting, payroll, cash collection, utility billing and purchasing.
3. 6 Month Financial Update.
Clayton gave a brief update regarding General Fund and Enterprise Fund revenues
and expenditures.
4. Overview of Items on Regular Agenda.
5. Adjourn.
Mayor Muir adjourned the meeting at 6:53 p.m.
