1.Call Meeting to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Councilman Stephens led the
Invocation followed by Councilman Ezell leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
2.Citizens Input:
(Citizens are allowed 3 minutes to speak. The City Council is unable to respond or to discuss any issues
brought up during this section).
Joe Falls, 4489 McReynolds Road,stated that he sees activity on utility improvements
on the east side of the track and also noticed patches put down on McReynolds Road
today.
Bill Boutwell, 4000 Windmill,spoke about the railroad track crossing on FM 455 just
east of the Sportsman,which he said is in terrible condition and has caused him to have
front end alignments and tire repairs. He also advised that there was a patch that only
lasted a few days and requested that the City make contact with the railroad.
City Manager stated that the railroad had been contacted twice regarding this matter
and it is unknown when their crews will be here again.

3.a)Approval of Minutes:April 6, 2015 -City Council

c) Approve Appointing Don McClure to the 4A Board
d) Approve Appointing Eddie Piercy to the Planning and Zoning Commission as an
Alternate and to the Board of Adjustment as an Alternate
Councilman Ezell made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Stephens.
Motion carried unanimously.
4.Consider any Items Removed From Consent Agenda.
REGULAR AGENDA
5.Consider, Discuss and Possibly Approve a Contract Between the City of Sanger and
McCreary, Veselka, Bragg and Allen, P.C. to Provide Legal Services for the Collection
of Delinquent Municipal Court Fines and Fees.
Councilman Bilyeu made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Stephens.
Motion carried unanimously.
