The attached information is provided for your reference. The Board of Adjustments and
Planning and Zoning Commission will both meet on Thursday, April 11, 1996. Board
of Adjustments will meet at 6:30 p.m., and Planting and Zoning will meet at 7#00 p.m.
This matter will then be presented to Council on Monday, April 15 with your
recommendations.
Please mark your calendars and plan to attend this meeting. If for some reason you are
unable, please call the City and speak with me or leave a message for me. Thank you
