SUBJ: Request for Variance
Ronny Beard is requesting aset-back variance on his property, north
of FM455 between 3rd Street and 2nd Street (Marvin's Auto Repair) in
order to construct boat storage facilities. The area is zoned I-1, and the
storage facility is an approved use.
Staff has no objections to the request.
Please telephone Rose Chavez, 45$-7936, at your earliest convenience
to insure that there is a quorum for the meeting. Remember, four (4)
affirmative votes are required to approve any request.

To Whom It May Concern:
This request is in regard to my property which is located at 207 Chapman
Drive (Legal Discript= 4 A. of Rueben Bebee Survey, Abstract 29, 205'
wide facing Chapman, and 850' long running north and south.) The property
isI currently zoned Light Industrial. Please refer to drawing attached.
I am requesting a variance change from 10 ft. to 2 ft. on east and north
sides of property lines. The reason for this request is that 'l plan to
construct 58 12'x30 boat storage units beginning 150' from Chapman Dr.
A second unit is planned for the middle of same property if first units are
filled.
The variance is needed so that there is at least 60 ft. between units A and
B to allow room for getting in and out. West side of unit B is for smaller
boats so only 55 ft. will be allowed for entering and exiting.
Part of unit A will be built first beginning approximately 300' from
Chapman Dr. Other units will be built later, depending on need.

Hall Council Chambers, 201 Bolivar Street, the Board of Adjustments of the
City of Sanger will conduct a Variance Request for Ronny Beard This
property is located at 207 Chapman and is legally described as Abstract 29,
R. Bebee, Tract 13Z 4.00 Acres.
Mr. Beard is requesting a variance change from 10 ft to 2 ft on east and
north side property lines to construct fifty-eight (58), 12 x 30 boat storage
units beginning 150' from Chapman Drive.
Please complete the attached form and return it in the enclosed self -
stamped envelope. It is imperative that you be in attendance at this meeting
