1. Chairperson Betty Jenkins called the meeting to order.
2. Minutes -Motion was made by Royce Fain to approve minutes of
October 1, 1992. Seconded by Allen Sweeney. Motion carried.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Variance Request for Bucklew
Enterprises - .6736 acres in two tracts in H. Tierwester Survey,
Abstract # 1241, north side of U.S. Hwy. 77, 280' west of Diane Drive
Chairperson Betty Jenkins opened the public hearing.
No one spoke for or against this variance request.
Chairperson Jenkins closed the public hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Variance Request for Bucklew
Enterprises - .6736 acres in two tracts in H. TierwesteA Survey,
Abstract # 1241, north side of U.S. Hwy. 77, 280' west of Diane Drive
John Bucklew spoke regarding his variance request on the setbacks
noting this property to be used for a strip shopping center.
Discussion.
Allen Sweeney made the motion to approve the variance request for
John Bucklew. Royce Fain seconded. Motion carried.
5. Any Other Such Matters: None
6. Meeting adjourned.
LEGAL NOTICE
The Sanger Board of Adjustment will conduct a Public Hearing in the
Council Chambers at City Hall on Thursday, November 19, 1992 at 7:00 p.m.
to consider a variance request for Craig Waggoner. Legal description for
property is known as Hampton Addition, Block 24, Lot 39A, (316 Church
Street) Sanger, Texas.
