The City Council met in a called m@sting with Mayor Lewis, and Council-
men Cooper, Acker, Spratt, and Easley present. Air. 0. T' . Reith met with
the council.
Mr. Waide of Brazos Electric also rc t with the council, and he is to be
notified after the MteUdgo on FEB 19TH as to the acceptance or rejection
of the contract that has been drawn up for consideration.

The City Council met in regular session with Aiayor Lewis and Councilmen
Cooper' Spratt' and Easley present. Mr. Acker was ill at this time.
Jr. Elliott of Denton' 0. IV. Keith and John L. Sullivan Pere present.
h}r. Elliott explained the Brazos Power contract' in his opinion' as to
how it would effect our system and as to the best way to use the Brazos
power, Attorney Sullivan is to study the contract.
Notion was made by Easley and seconded b Cooper to adjourn. Carried.
