The City Council met in regular session with A ayor Lewis and Councilmen
Cooper' Spratt, and Easley present. Mr. Acker was ill at this time.
Jr. Elliott of Denton, 0. W. Keith and John L. Sullivan Pere present.
Afr. Elliott explained the Brazos Power contract, in his opinion, as to
how it would effect our system and as to the best way to use the Brazos
power. Attorney Sullivan is to study the contract.
Motion was mode by Easley and seconded by Cooper to adjourn. Carried.

Air. Waide of Brazos Power met with the Council to explain their contract.
