The City Counci in regular session with A9ayor Lewis and Councilmen
Cooper9 Spratt' Aelcer and Easley present.
Frank ie ahon met with the council and explained the situation con-
cerning second lien bonds.
Frank +iedanich else met with the council and discussed the ,possibility
of bonds and he is to make further study on the second lien bond deal.
A totion was made by Cooper and seconded by Spratt
carried.
