FRANK MCMAHON SITUATION CONCERNING SECOND LIEN BONDS
FRANK MEDANICH DISCUSSED THE POSSIBILITY OF BONDS, FURTHER STUDY
The City Counci ein regular session with Adayor Lewis and Councilmen
Cooper' Spratt' Acker and Easley present.
Frank A c ahon met with the council and explained the situation con®
cerning second lien bonds.
Frank Medanich also met with the council and discussed 'the .possibility
of bonds and he is to make further study on 'the second lien bond deal.
