The City Council met in .regular session with Councilmen Acker, Spratt,
and heady present. Mayor Lewis was absent due to illness.
Alinutes were read and approved.
Motion was made by Spratt and seconded by Ready that bills in the amount
of $1817.15 be paid. Motion carried.

CHLORINATOR FOR SEWER PLANT

BIDS READ ON THE SHLORINATOR FISCHER & PORTER
PRICES CHECK ON THE AC PIPE AND START WATER LINE FROM BOLIVAR STREET
TO BOLIVAR ROAD.
The City Council met in regular session with Councilmen Acker, Cooper,
Spratt, Easley and Ready present. Mr. Acker acted as mayor pro tem in
the absence of Mayor Lewis who was ill.
Minutes were read and ap;xoved.
Jr. Charles Wanner' of Fischer' and Porter met with the council to dis®
cuss a chlorinator for the sewer plant.
Jr.
Jim Kelly of Boles & Edens also met with the council to discuss
:10 C. Pipe. -
13ids were read on the chlorinator and the bid of $910.00 was acceipt-
ed. This bid was made by Fischer & Porter.
R9otion was made by Spratt and seconded by Ready to buy the chlorinator
from Fischer & Porter, subject to the engineers approval. Motion
carried.
Alotion was made by Easletj and seconded by Cooper to have the prates
checked on the a. e. pipe and start the water line from Bolivar St.
to Bolivar Road. Boles & Edens price on the pipe was $1.35 per foot
and Johns4lanville's price was $1.37 per foot.
Alotion was made by Ready and seconded by Spratt for I. lie meeting to
adjourn. Motion carried.
