The City Council met in regular session with Mayor Lewis, and
Councilmen Acker, Cooper, it': eady, and.Spratt present.
Afinutes were read and approved.
The sewer line across to the Nest side of the Interstate 35 high®
way was discussed and the decision was made to use clay pipet There
is to be no sewer lines outside the city limits.
John ?J. Ga.ry must pay bill or be cut off.
Aiotion was made by Cooper and seconded by Ready to adjourn. Carried.

The City Council met in regular session with Atayor Lewis, and
Councilmen Cooper, Spratt, Acker, Easley, and Ready present.
Jinutes were read and approved.
Aiotion was made by Acker and seconded by Easley that bills amounting
to $4463.03 be paid. Motion carried.
It was decided to take an ad with the Sanger Courier, with the ad
being changed each week mud as the editor sees fit.
IJotion was made by Cooper and seconded by Easley to adjourn. Carried.

MR HOWELL PITTSBURG TANK COMPANY, REPAIR THE OVERHEAD WATER TANK
CONTRACT WITH THE TANK COMPANY
Tl e City Council met in .a called meeting with Mayor Lewis, and
Councilmen Cooper, Spratt, Acl er and. Ready present.
Air. Rowell of Pittsburg 'Dank Company met with, the Council to dis®
cuss the repair work needed on the overhead water tank.
PAotion was made by Acker and seconded by Ready that the Mayor and
City Secretary work out a contract with the Tank Company, the total
amount being $6,000.00 with a `j3,00. down payment and the balance
be paid in four years. Motion carried.
