The City Council met in regular session with Mayor Lewis, and Council-
men Cooper, Spratt, Acker, Ready, and Easley present.
Minutes were read and approved.
Motion was made by Cooper anUseconded by Spratt that bills amounting
to $2775.30 be paid. Motion carried.
Morris Kibler met with the Council about a bill that was due on a chair
purchased for the office. Motion was made by Ready and seconded by Acker
that Kibler Office Supply be paid the $55.00 for the chair._ Motion carried.
Motion was made by Acker and seconded by Ready that an election be called
for the purpose of electing a mayor and three councilmen. Motion carried.
A otion was made by Ready and seconded by Acker to buy a car for the
nightwatchman, Cooper and Carter were to buy the car. Motion carried.
City Secretary McClendon and CouncSlman Ready were asked to attend a
un micipal league meeting in Fort Worth.
