The City Council met in regular session with Mayor Lewis, and Councilmen
Cooper, Spratt, Acker, Gentle, and Ready present.
Minutes were read and approved.
MOTION was made by Cooper and seconded ltn by Acker to allow the mayor
up to $65.00 per month for expenses. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Ready and seconded by Cooper that the City Secretary
and Mayor buy a desk and chair to be put in city office. Motion carried.
Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Spratt to adjourn. Motion carried.

The City'Counc•il met in a called session with Mayor Lewis, and Council-
men Cooperp Ready, and Gentle present.
Discussion was made on the LeBeau waterline as to the agreement with
him as of Sept. 18, 1961.
Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Ready to put water to the
property line of the Bucklew property East of black Cole guaranteeing
reasonable pressure to LeBeau and other customers. Motion carried.

The Council asked that Qity Attorney Sullivan check on the old Land®
mark Church lot as to who now owns this property.
Motion was made by Cooper aid seconded by Gentle that an election be
called for the purpose of electing two ,councilmen for two year terms
and one councilman to fill the unexpired term of Roy Spratt, deceased,
