The City Council met in regular session with Mayor Lewis and
Councilmen Gentle' heady' Cooper' and Acker present.
Minutes were read and approved.
Motion was made by Cooper and seconded by Ready to pay bills. Carried.
Motion was made by Acker and seconded by Cooper that the city agrees
to run water and sewer to the property line of sub -division known
as Edwards and Hughes Addition in the H. Tierwester survey. Edwards
and Huhhes are to install all water and sewer lines in their division.

PAY BILLS; RUN WATER AND SEWER TO THE PROPERTY LINE OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN
AS EDWARDS AND HUGHES ADDITION IN THE H TIERWESTER SURVEY
EDWARDS AND HUGHES ARE TO INSTALL ALL WATER ANS SEWER LINES IN THEIR DIVISION
REMIBURSE EDWARDS AND HUGHES FOR EACH CONNECTION AT RATE OF 100 FEET
PER CONNECTION OF THEIR COST PER FOOT AT TIME OF CONTRACT
REFUND TAXES 14 ACRES OF BUCKLEW & FREESE PROPERTY - DOUBLE CHARGED
