The City Council met ln;:rregulafi'•-session `w'ith Mayor Lewis,
and Councilmen Cooper, Acker, Gentle, Rate, and Ready present.
John L.. Sullivan met TAi th the Council to explain the zoning
ordinance relating to the size of side yards at corners or
intersecting streets. He x:kd said side yards are to be 25'
from the property line.
Motion was made by Acker and seconded by Rite that DWIGHT HOWARD RAISE
paid. Motion carried.
