1.Call Meeting to Order.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.
2.Overview of Audit for Fiscal Year End 2012/2013 by Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P.
James Fitts was present and gave a brief overview of the audit.
3.Update and Discussion on First Quarter Financials and Budget.
Cheryl Davenport gave a power point presentation. So far we have collected 95% of
the property taxes and sales tax is steadily increasing.
4.Update and Discussion on the Status of Capital Projects.
This item will be discussed at the next work session.
