RESOLUTION NO. 2025-07
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS,
NOMINATE A REPRESENTATIVE TO THE DENCO 911 DISTRICT BOARD OF
MANAGERS FOR A TWO-YEAR TERM BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2025;
AUTHORIZING ITS EXECUTION, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City of Sanger(the"City")is a home rule municipality regulated by state
law and Charter; and
WHEREAS, Section 772, Health and Safety Code,provides that two voting members of
the Board of Managers of an Emergency Communications District shall be appointed jointly by
all cities and towns lying wholly or partly within the District; and
WHEREAS,the City Council finds that the passage of this Resolution is in the best interest
of the citizens of Sanger.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANGER,TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The facts and recitals set forth in the preamble of this resolution are hereby
found to be true and correct.
SECTION 2. That the City Council of Sanger, Texas, hereby votes to appoint—

District for a two-year term beginning October 1, 2025.
SECTION 3.That this resolution shall become effective from and after its date of passage.
