Uouncilmen Cooper, Acker, Pate, Ready, Gentle, and Acker present.
Minutes were read and approved.
Aiotion was made by Cooper and seconded by Pate to pay bi11s.

Bills were read and a motion was made by Acker and seconded by Pate
that bills be paid. Motion carried.
It was agreed that Charlie Haskins should have a $10.00 raise.
Scout Master Jack W ide net with the Council and asked that a mercury
light be placed at the Scout Hut, and it was agreed that this be done
