Motion was made 'by bate and seconded by Acker that bills be paid. Carried®
Lob Courtney met with the council concerning a filter plant and lagoon
north of the present, sewer plant® After discussion Mayor Lewis, appointed
Councilmen Cooper and heady to contact L. T. Kerby about purchasing some
land from him north of the present plant®
