Johnson and Councilmen Acker' Pate, Gentle, and Ready present.
Minutes were read and approved.
Bills were read and Motion was made by Pate and seconded by Ready that
bills be paid. Motion carried.

The City Council met in regular session with Mayor Johnson, and Council®
men Ready, Gentle, Pate, Acker, and Cooper present.
Minutes were read and approved.
Homer Belcher of llenton met with the Council concerning the size of lot
and the plans for his house to be built on the lot, which do not coincide
with the ordinance requiring footage on the sides andx of the 1®t. The
council asked him to let them discuss this problem and the City Secretary
is to notify Mr. Belcher Tuesday the 3rd. In the discussion Mr. Acker
made a motion and it was deconded by Pate to turn Mr. Belcher down on
this request. Motion carried
Bills were read and motion was made by Cooper and seconded by
pay these bills. Motion carried.
