Cooper4 Acker' Gentle' and Ready present. Pate was uhable to attend since
he was out of town on business,
inutes were read and approved.
Motion was made by Gentle and seconded by Cooper that an election be called
for the purpose of electing two councilmen. Motion carried.

Discussion was for some vapor lights Eastn of the First Baptist Church and
Acker made the motion and it was seconded by heady to give the church
two lights if the church would furnish. the electricity. Motion carried.

Mr. Robison and Mr. Etheridge and associates of Brazes Electric met
w ith the Council in regard to the contract that expires in 1972 asking that

Gene Hughes also met with hhe council concerning flood water and live stock
in the city limits near the l3illcrest Addition.
