out of town.

gard to financing the electric and sewer systems on bonds or convention®
al loan. Nr. Etheridge agreed to help on the financing by bonds.- Tress
men also discussed advertising the city but the co��"�cil ��.d not wish to

`Phe City Council met in regular session with h(ayor Johnson and Council-
men C®aper, Acker, Genrle, heady, and Pate present.

The C®uncil discussed the salary of 1'�aymon t�iaid® and Notion was made by
Cooper and seconded by Acker to pay �10,00 per night salary and �5.00
car rent. Notion carried.
It was agreed that the council would like to meet with the State Health
Officer,

The City Council met in regular session with h��ayor Johnson, and Council-
man Gentle, heady, acker, and Cooper being present. Pate was absent.
City Marshall Bill Carter met with the Council regard to Saturday night
law enforcement and the council rehired Jerry Kitchell to be a deputy.
Mr. John Etheridge and Nr. Forester and her. Hamilton met with the
council on bonds with City Attorney John L. Sullivan. The two are to see
�1'egas Power and Light Company on retiring of the old bonds.
Bob Courtney -met with the council with -plans on sewer plant. IIe also had
a figure of 61,000.00 to present to the council.
