A. inutes of were accepted. B. Disbursements approved excepting items 8 and 11. Motion McDaniel, 2nd. Cooper. C. The City Administratbrs request concerning mini- mum fees were accepted by council as per attach- ment. D. The subdivision ordinance ws.s discussed and the City Administrator was granted permission to withhold building permits when in his Judgement the subdiv- ision ordinance is being violated, pending further clarification by the City Council. The council tabled this discussion until the November 6, 1972 council meeting. F,. The Council discussed water extensions and decided that the total cost of extensions should be paid by those requesting it except for the first one - hundred feet* lxtensJ^ns whenever possible would be extended only in public,right of ways. F. The Council was informed of the receipt of a let- ter giving preliminary estimates of the cost of radio equipment bids for which would be solici- ted by the NCPCOG. G. the Council was apprised of a letter from the Texas Air Control Board concerning the method by which solid waste is disposed of in Sanger. II. A request by: !Virgil Ward for a change in the loan anon of a sewer line in the 1°Jard Addition was approved of by the Council. T. A request by Mr. Wimmer and Mr. Herr f'or the council to approve of minors under the age of fifteen (15) years to enter a recreation hall with parental consent was tabled pending app- lication for a permit.
