A. Minutes of October 16, 1972 were accapted.
Be Disbursements were approved.

C. Bill Nash discussed the _sewer plant and the total contro.ct
price of . _the plant.. The final statement from Floyd M* Shvw
Construction Company was y127,048.75. The balance due on
this figure is $22, O48 s 7S.
D. aek Gray of iexas P iunicipal Securities met!ith the Council
and a special meeting to discLiss capital improvements was
called for Thursday, November 16, 1972 at 7:00 p.m..
application by Vlimmer and Herr to open a recreation hall
(bi.11ard parlor) was approved by the Council, but the request
by Glimmer and Herr to allow persons, into the Recreation Hall
under 15 years of age was refused.
F. The Council approved of needed street improvements at thdc
intersection of Bolivar and Railroad Ave. and Pecan at First.
G. 1'he Council approved of acost-of-living raise for all fu11-
ti111e employees continuously employeed by the City of Sanger
for the last six months of 51 of their monthly salary.

The council discussed the subdivision ordinance and decided
that whenever there arose a question a.C ) to the applicability
of the subdivision ordinance to a particular tract the
developer of that -tract should present a plat of that pract,
to the Council along with plans for the needed water, sewer,,.,
and electrical utility connections.
:P. The Council changed it's meeting time from
lst 3rd IvIondayof each month to 7:00 p.m.
