1. Minutes of January , 1973 were accepted unanimously on a
motion by McDaniel, seconded by Hall.
2, Disbursements were approved unanimously on motion by Cooper.
Seconded by Bennett.
3. A rezoning petition which had been submitted to the Planning
and Zoning Commission was referred back to that Commission
due to a lack of adequate legal notice to property owners
of record,
. Bids were opened on the following equipments
(1) Pick®pp truck
(2) Back hoe
(3) Fence to enclose water system
5. After hearing from Jack Gray, a prospective financial advisor
and an attorney the Council expressed a desire to meet with
Don Almon at a Special Meeting of the Council to interview
him for the position.
6. Motion to adjourn by McDaniel, seconded by Cooper, passed
unanimously.
