1. The minutes of the Council sessions of January 15, 1973 and
January 30, 1973 were approved.
2. Disbursements were approved unanimously excepting item
number 6 on a motion by Gentle seconded by Hall.
3. The back -hoe bids were reviewed by the Council and the low
bid made by Jackson Ford in the amount of $8,325.00 was
accetped unanimously on a motion by Bennett, seconded by
McDaniel.
, The meeting was adjourned unanimously on a motion by
Bennett, seconded by McDaniel.
