1. This was a special emergency called meeting of the City
Council for the purpose of canvassing "the returns of the
bond election held February 24, 1973® The results of
that canvass appear on the attached resolution.
2. Motion to adjourn by McDaniel seconded by Bennett,
passed unanimously.
