McDaniel, Bennett, Galtle and Hall.
Others Presents Marr, City Administrator; & Ralph Cole.
1, The, minutes of the'Council meeting held on March 5, 1973
were read and approved unanimously on a motion by McDaniel;
seconded by Cooper.
2. The disbursements were approved unanimously on a motion by
McDaniel; seconded by Gentle,
3. The attached recommendations of the Planning and Zoning
Commission were approved on a motion by Hall seconded by
McDaniel. Voting for the recommendations of the Planning
and Zoning Commission were Hallo McDaniel, Gentle and
Bennett. Voting against the recommendations of the
Planning and Zoning Commission was Councilman Cooper,
4. The Council gave tenative approval to the financing of
the new pick-up and tractor with back -hoe and loader by
a note at the Sanger First National Bank,
,�. The Council discussed the 3,000 homestead exemption and de®
cide unanimously not to approve it on a motion by McDaniel
seconded by Gentle.
6. The Council meeting time was changed from 7s00 o°clock p.m.
to (130 o'clock p.m. effective April 2, I9q,) on a Motion
by McDaniel seconded by Bennett. Passed unanimously.
