1. The minutes of theCouncil session held May 21,1973 were read
and approved.
2. Disbursements were approved on a motion by McDaniel, seconded
by Cooper.
3. The bids for water system improvements were _opened and the
contract was awarded to S. M. Farguarhar. A brief summary
of the bids followss (type attachment).
Discussion of Sanger Electric Contract Amendment was delayed

8. The Council accepted bid for the City of Sanger®s old back®
hoe and loader. Two bids ws�re received one by Lynn Benton for
$200.00 and one by C66per Implements Co. for $600.00 dollars.
the high bid was acceptdd on a motion by McDaniel, seconded
by Gentle.
9. The Council.accepted Almon and Co.'s offer to purchase $295,000
worth of revenue bonds and $509000 worth of G. Q. Bonds.
