5. The council established the following proprity for street
surfacing and resurfacing:
(1) Jones Street
(2) Willow Street
(3) The unpaved portions of Fourth and Wood Streets
(4) Bolivar Street form Fifth to Railroad Avenue
4th® 3rd® and 2nd streets one block North and South
of Bolivar.
