1.Call Meeting to Order.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
2.Discuss Amending Section 3.21 of the Code of Ordinances Regulating Exterior
Construction of Residential Dwellings in the Central Core.
Joe Iliff gave a power point presentation on house score samples for new homes
within the Central Core. He suggested that the passing score in the ordinance
require 9 points.
Brief discussion among Council members to raise the required number of points.
3.Overview of Items on Regular Agenda.
4.Adjourn.
Mayor Muir adjourned the meeting at 6:47 p.m.
