1.Call Meeting to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.Councilman Stephens led the
Invocation, followed by Councilman Chick leading the Pledge of Allegiance.

Councilman Bilyeu made a motion to approve.Seconded by Councilman Martin.Motion
carried unanimously.
4.Consider any Items Removed From Consent Agenda.
REGULAR AGENDA
5.Consider, Discuss and Possibly Approve Ordinance #10-20-13 Amending Water and Sewer
Rate Increases Effective November 1, 2013.
Councilman Chick made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Stephens. Motion
carried unanimously.
6.Conduct a Public Hearing Regarding Granting a Specific Use Permit (SUP) To Allow The
Construction of Six Single-Family Dwellings At 603 S. 2nd Street Within A 2F-Two Family
Residential District (Duplex District).
Mayor opened Public Hearing at 7:02 p.m.
No one spoke for or against.
Mayor closed Public Hearing at 7:03 p.m.
7.Consider, Discuss and Possibly Approve Ordinance #10-19-13 –Granting A Specific Use
Permit For Single Family Detached Dwellings In A Two Family Residential District At 603
S. 2nd Street.
Councilman Stephens made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Bilyeu. Motion
carried unanimously.
8.Consider, Discuss and Take Action Regarding a Minor Plat for the Steve Koch Addition,
located at 603 S. 2nd Street.
Councilman Bilyeu made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Martin. Motion
carried unanimously.
9.Consider, Discuss, and Possibly Act on the Minor Replat of Lots 1R, 2R, And 3R of Block 56
of The Original Town of Sanger.
Councilman Bilyeu made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Ezell. Motion
carried unanimously.
