Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, the City Council Will Meet in a Closed
Executive Session in Accordance with the Texas Government Code:
a.Section 551.074 Personnel Matters Discuss Appointment of Interim City Manager.
4.RECONVENE: OPEN MEETING:
Reconvene Into Regular Session And Take Any Action Deemed Necessary As A Result Of
The Executive Closed Session.

5.Consider, Discuss and Act on Appointment of Interim City Manager.
6.Consider, Discuss and Act on Recruitment Process For The City Manager Position.
7.ADJOURN.
