DISCUSSION ITEMS
1. Presentation and discussion by Civic Solutions regarding the launch of the Steering
Committee for the Economic Development Strategic Plan, including review of the project work
plan, setting priorities, and gathering early insights on Sanger's challenges and strengths.
ADJOURN THE WORK SESSION
NOTE: The Boards reserve the right to adjourn into Executive Session as authorized by Texas
Government Code, Section 551.001, et seq. (The Texas Open Meetings Act) on any item on its
open meeting agenda in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, including, without
