Bill Wright and two members of the ROCA motorcycle club
1. Call Meeting to Order, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m. Councilman Stephens led the
Invocation followed by Councilwoman Johnson leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
2. Citizens Input:
(Citizens are allowed 3 minutes to speak. The City Council is unable to respond or to
discuss any issues brought up during this section).
Jan Rugg, Public Affairs Manager with ATMOS Energy, donated five "tough
book" computers to the Police department.
Artis Price spoke about speeding vehicles on Railroad Avenue and requested
enforcement. He also spoke about parking/code enforcement issues on Railroad
Avenue and throughout the City.
Joe Falls spoke about drainage improvements on Sims Street and would like to have
input and make suggestions.
Sam Alexander spoke about animal control.
Bill Wright spoke about lack of information on black outs, City bidding process,
buying from local retailers and restaurant locations.

REGULAR AGENDA
5. Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Approving Proclamation #04-02-12 -
Proclaiming the Month of May as Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Month.
Councilwoman Johnson made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman
Stephens. Motion carried unanimously.
6. Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Approving a Resolution for Cash
Management Services Between First United Bank and Trust Company and the City
of Sanger.
Councilman Bilyeu made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Garza.
Motion carried unanimously.
