PRESENT: Mike Brice City Manager, Tami Taber City Secretary and Kelli Alexander
1.Call Meeting to Order.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order.
2. Discussion on the Ethics Policy for the City Council and Board and Commission Members.
Brief discussion on proposed draft. City Manager advised that the draft is based primarily on
the State statute and will cover all boards, even if it is an advisory board.
3.Overview of Items on Regular Agenda.
4.Adjournment.
Mayor Muir adjourned the meeting.
