1.Call Meeting to Order.
Mayor Muir called the meeting to order.
2. Tour the Animal Shelter.
City Manager, Mayor and Council members toured the animal shelter.
3.Presentation by KSA on the Impact Fee Study and the Water/Wastewater Master Plan.
Scott Hoelzle of KSA Engineers gave a presentation on the water/wastewater master plan and
distributed a handout regarding the project scope, growth projection, TCEQ requirements
and the existing facilities.
4.Overview of Items on Regular Agenda.
5.Adjournment.
Mayor Muir adjourned the meeting.
