CONSIDER APPROVING ORDINANCE 09-13-12 ADOPTING THE BUDGET
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FISCAL YEAR
OCTOBER 1, 2012 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2013
Councilman 1Vlartin made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Stephens.
Motion carried unanimously.
Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Ratifying the Tax Increase.
City Manager advised that the Council needed to make a motion to ratify the tax
increase.
Councilman Stephens made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Martin.
Motion carried unanimously.
Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Approving Ordinance #09-14-12 -Levying a
Tax Rate for the General Government for the Fiscal Year 2012-2013 at a Rate of
$0.633049 per $100 Assessed Valuation.
Councilman -Martin made a motion to approve. Seconded by Councilman Ezell.
Motion carried unanimously.
Consider, Discuss and Possibly Act on Approving Ordinance #09-15-12 - to Approve
the 2012 Tax Roll.
Councilman Stephens made a motion to approve.
Motion carried unanimously.
Seconded by Councilman Martin.
