AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 85-26
OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, PROVIDING
FOR THE INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL PETITIONED
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION, PROVIDING
FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND DECLARING AN
EFFECT DATE.
WHEREAS: The owners of certain tracts of land marked
ExhibitsE-1 thru E-17 have petitioned the City of Sanger, Texas.,
to be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Sanger, and
WHEREAS: The City Council of the City of Sanger, Texas,
has determined that Ordinance No. 85-26 adopted by the City
Council on October 21, 1985, be and the same is hereby amended
by adding the following section:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that: The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction of the City of Sanger, Texas, is hereby extended
to include the area encompassed by the following referenced
petitions which are marked Exhibit E-1 thru E-17 and attached
and made a part of this Ordinance for all purposes, and further
that said area to be included by petitions is further shown on
a map marked Exhibit B and also attached and made a part
of this Ordinance for all purposes.
