AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 17, of CHAPTER 10
ENTITLED IMPACT FEES, IN ITS ENTIRETY; PROVIDING
EFFECTIVE DATE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY CLAUSE.

FOR AN
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS THAT:
section 17 of Chapter 10 (Utilities) created by Ordinance 85-11
and amended by Ordinance #86-10 and 86-17b is hereby repealed
along with all amending ordinances.
This Ordinance will take effect immediately from and after
its passage and the publication of the caption as the law
in such cases provides.

by the City Council of the City of Sanger, Texas.
