OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS PROVIDING FOR
THE INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL PETITIONED
EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION, PROVIDING
FOR A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND DECLARING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the owners of certain tracts of land marked
Exhibits Dl - D24 have petitioned the City of Sanger, Texas,
to be included in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Sanger, and

NOW THEREFORE B E IT ORDAINED that: The Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction of the City of Sanger, Texas, is hereby extended
to include the area encompassed by the following referenced
petitions which are marked Exhibit Dl-D24 and attached and
made a part of this Ordinance for all purposes, and further
that said contiguous area to be included by petitions is
further shown on a map marked Exhibit B and also attached
and made a part of this Ordinance for all purposes.
