AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, AMENDING
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY AMENDING SECTION 17, SUB-
SECTION D, (EXEMPTIONS) PARAGRAPH (1), SO AS TO AMEND
THE PROVISIONS REGULATING COMMUNITY IMPACT FEES FOR
WATER, WASTE WATER, AND ELECTRIC SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 17, Subsection D (Exemptions) Paragraph (1)
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Sanger be, and
the same is hereby, amended as follows, to -wit:
"SECTION 17, SUBSECTION D (EXEMPTIONS) PARAGRAPH (1)
D. EXEMPTIONS
(1) Any single lot, meaning only a one lot exemption for
any Single Family Residential Use only in the older
part of Sanger located inside the following described
area to -wit:
An area bounded by FM.455 from 8th to 2nd Street
THENCE South on Second to Pecan Street THENCE East
to First Street THENCE South to a point on First
Street directly West of the Alignment with Smith
Street East of the Railroad Tracks THENCE East
across said Railroad Tracks crossing Railroad Street
and further East on Smith Street to Sims Street THENCE
South on Sims Street to Kirkland Street THENCE East on
Kirkland to Jones Street THENCE South on Jones to Willow
Street THENCE West on Willow to the Santa Fe Railroad
Tracks THENCE South along said Railroad Tracks to the
South Boundary of the Replat of the W. B. Shirley Addi-
tion Subdivision THENCE West along the south boundary
of said subdivision to Second Street THENCE South on
Second Street to a point on an East/West Extention of
Houston Street THENCE West along said Extention to
Fifth Street, continuing past Fifth Street and along
Houston Street to Denton Street thence North on Denton
Street to Austin Street THENCE West on Austin to loth
Street THENCE North on loth Street to Bolivar Street
THENCE West on Bolivar Street to 13th Street THENCE
North on 13th Street to the I-35 Service Road and
Northeast along said service road to Pecan Street to
lOth Street THENCE North on loth Street to Plum Street,
THENCE East on Plum Street to 8th Street to FM.455 and
the POINT OF BEGINNING.'
SECTION 2. That Section 17 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Sanger, Texas, except as amended and modified herein,
shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from
and after its adoption, as the law in such case provides.
